SS-31 (elamipretide) is a synthetic, cell-permeable tetrapeptide with an alternating aromatic-cationic sequence and a described affinity for cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane. Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a sealed vial at 10MG or 50MG.
